London Cocktail Week
Latest News
Hi, fellow foodies,
Here is a quick heads-up about the forthcoming London Cocktail Week, 12-22 October; it’s actually ten days, incorporating two weekends.
Over 200 bars are participating, covering ost of London; each bar will have signature or London cocktail week specials for only £8.00. To participate in the fun, you must buy a *cocktail week wristband” for £15.00. This can be used at all participating bars for the festival's duration.
Wristbands can be bought online or at any of the participating bars; it also includes a handy guidebook.
Also, many special events are planned throughout the ten days, including bar takeovers, tastings & masterclasses.
This is a great oppertunity to visit some of London's most opulent bars without speaking to your bank manager.

As you would expect, there are plenty of options for participating bars in Mayfair, including sketch the Parlour & The Glade bars, Mr Fogg’s Apothecary, Mr Foggs Residence, Dickies Bar at Corrigan’s & Quaglino’s.
Finally, if you are still hesitating about getting involved, our friends at Mtr Fogg’s have given The Mayfair Foodie a sneak preview of their “specials.”
On Brook Street, Mr Fogg’s Apothecary will offer the Bromide Sip for £8 with a wristband. This smoky yet refreshing cocktail combines Dewar's 8-year-old Ilegal Smooth Scotch whisky, pink grapefruit juice and agave syrup, topped with roasted green pepper soda.
Mr Fogg’s Residence, just off Berkeley Square, will offer the Coa de Jima for £8. A fruity, sweet yet sour combination of Patrón Silver tequila, pear purée, fresh lime juice, chilli-infused agave syrup, egg white and fresh sage.
Only £8 during cocktail week
Both cocktails will be available for the whole month, priced at £16 outside of London Cocktail Week or without a wristband.
Finally, some other news. Our latest article was published this week on our visit to the much-talked-about Tendril; in fact, only last week, Jay Rayner reviewed Tendril, the restaurant receiving high praise from Mr Rayner.

A longer news update will follow later this month.
Enjoy cocktail week,
